Dimple Kaul from Indic Academy joins the list of ROCCO IOO 2022 judges.

ROCCO is happy to announce the third judge for the ROCCO IOO 2022: Dimple Kaul.

Dimple, the Servant Leader at Indica Courses, is a learner, writer, poet, marketer, transformation coach and Life Enthusiast!

A woman from a persecuted minority community in India, she has risen against insurmountable odds to emerge as a strong, independent, empowered woman. Her family and entire community braved fundamentalist terrorism in the valley of Kashmir in the year 1990, resulting in their exodus from the land of their forefathers to become refugees in their own country.

Her education spans the humanities (MA, Liberal Arts), technology (B.E., Electronics and Communication), and business management (MMS, Marketing). She has held leadership roles in major Indian and global corporate entities, represented her employer organizations in international fora (BARG, TED Women, among others) and created value in multiple roles. She has led projects in austere environments and has also been guiding several non-profit organizations through strategic initiatives, serving as a pro bono volunteer consultant, communications executive, and transformation coach.

As a writer and columnist, Dimple has written for Indian publications such as Financial Express, Daily Excelsior, Kashmir Times, and First Post. She writes regularly for various new-age, online portals and pens a regular blog on The Times of India, the largest selling English-language daily in the world. An accomplished bilingual poet, she has penned an anthology of poems, both in English and Hindi. She has been consciously writing to heal from an early age and believes in the power of empathetic and compassionate communication.

With 19 years of rich professional experience across corporate sectors of Media, Telecom and Technology and non-profit sectors, she has now entered the field of education as a social entrepreneur. Insights from her personal journey, a rich corporate and non-profit experience, curiosity for learning, indefatigable energy, and a respect for diversity, are just a few of the things that she brings to the table. She was recognized as Iconic Woman Creating a Better World for All by Women Economic Forum 2020.

She now serves the field of global indigenous knowledge systems through Indica Courses (a pioneering EdTech enterprise) in the spirit of a Servant Leader and Chief Transformation Officer.

Her wide experience in telecommunications, technology and education, combined with her leadership skills, empathic vision, respect for diversity, and transformational work make Dimple a great fit to be a ROCCO IOO 2022 judge.

Welcome on board Dimple!
