TelcoBoost Talks
The TelcoBoost Talks are a series of 8 talks at Genesis 2023 produced by subject matter experts. They discuss the advantages and opportunities for MNOs in 2023.
The Innovators
The Innovators is a research initiative conducted by ROCCO to identify and provide visibility to the most innovative solutions from Vendors and MNOs in our industry. This initiative creates a much-needed space for awareness of what’s happening industry-wide.
The process to discover The Innovators begins in Feb 2023 with a Showcase and concludes with The Lions Den and Visionaries Gala.
Genesis Hackathon
This Year Genesis hosts the final Shortlisted Solutions for the Genesis Roaming and Messaging Hackathons.
Participating teams made up of members of MNOs, Vendors or mixed teams have a short time to prepare solutions to two major challenges the top 3 of which will be presented at our event.
LIONS DEN
The MNOs and Vendors taking part in The Innovators and also in the Genesis Hackathons will present to a panel of Lions who will give feedback to them live in-front of the Genesis audience.
Visionaries Gala
The official Visionaries Gala from ROCCO will take place on 25 May and it will be a dinner where we will present more than 20 awards to The Innovators 2023, the winners of The Genesis Hackathons and Tier 1 Vendors from our Vendor Benchmarking Reports. The theme of this year’s gala is Black and White Cinema Stars.

Pavilhão do Conhecimento is located in the area of Parque das Nações, close to the Metro station Estação do Oriente.
From Airport Metro Station to the Venue In only 15 minutes.
Lisbon International Airport (Humberto Delgado Airport) is connected to Lisbon by bus and metro.
There are metro trains (red line – Linha Vermelha) every 10 minutes from 6:00 AM to 01:00 AM that connect the airport to Estação do Oriente in just 6 minutes (3 stops). The Pavilhão do Conhecimento is close to Estação do Oriente metro station, a 9-minute walk away.

Taxi:
You can always find a taxi at the airport, normally queueing outside the departures and arrivals terminals.
As the city centre is very close by, taxis are a rather affordable transportation option, even with the luggage and/or pet fees that may be charged separately by the driver.
