SAFETY MEASURES FOR CORONAVIRUS

ROCCO is concerned about the evolution of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. However, our event is going ahead as planned. Having consulted with other event organisers and specialist resources we ask you to review the following few paragraphs if you are planning to attend and please note our event has an attendance limit of 200 participants. After the cancellation of other important events in the industry, we want to ensure the safety of the delegates at our event by implementing the following safety measures.

BEFORE BUYING A TICKET:

We would like to ask for your cooperation and understanding following these cautionary requisites:

  • By attending the event, all delegates self-certify that they have taken all the necessary safety measure within Spain and their own country of origin to ensure no risk to other event delegates.

TRAVELLING TO SPAIN

Spanish airports have security protocols, including medical screenings to guarantee that travellers are not at risk. For that reason, COVID Certificates, negative test results or certificates of recovery may be required. Please check the following link to get the latest information regarding your country of origin here

As of April 20th, it is no longer mandatory to wear a face mask outdoors or indoors in Spain. There are certain exceptions where it is still necessary to wear them, such as in health centres, services and establishments (for example, in health centres, hospitals or pharmacies) and in socio-sanitary facilities (workers and visitors in communal areas).

The wearing of face masks is still mandatory on air, rail, cable and bus transport, as well as on any public passenger transport. They are also compulsory in enclosed spaces on ships or boats when the 1.5-metre safety distance cannot be guaranteed, except inside cabins, provided these are shared with members of the same household or bubble.

Practical advice while travelling:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

COVID TESTING CENTERS IN MÁLAGA

If you need to have a covid test after your departure, we have included here a document that includes 3 Covid Testing places close to the hotel and/or airport.

Please, click on the image to download the document.

The ROCCO team recommends the Quirón Salud lab (the first on the list) because appointments are not needed.

For more information about precautionary actions, please read the WHO guidance.

We will keep monitoring the evolution of the virus until the event date to ensure all participants’ safety. Our refund policy is available at point of sale under Buy Tickets.
