Matthew Bisoffi, Head of Business Management, Operations and Insights at CKH IOD will present VoLTE – so what? at the TelcoBoost Talks

Matthew Bisoffi holds the position of Head of Business Management, Operations and Insights, at CK Hutchison’s Group International Carrier Services (ICS) team. Heading up one of the business pillars in the ICS team, he is directly accountable for a number of key areas incl. operational management Group business participating affiliates, industry engagement and insights, technology alignment, M2M/IoT Roaming, roaming enabling tools & systems and future automation/digitization.

Having joined Three UK in 2005, Matthew has spent the majority of his career in the wholesale telecoms market, starting with domestic and international Interconnect, and later heading up Three UK’s International Roaming team, before joining the Group business, CKH IOD, early 2018.

Matthew has represented 3UK and the CKH Group at various industry forums, most recently as GSMA WAS Deputy Chair, and partaken in regulatory lobbying, and spoken / presented on various topics including, retail roaming propositions, wholesale roaming regulation and Quality of Service; now leading the IO VoLTE Lab (supporting the industry with the adoption and implementation of VoLTE roaming).
