On the first two days of Genesis 2022, ROCCO will host the ROCCO IOO stories: speeches from various visionaries of the ROCCO IOO top 25. They will tell us details of their lives that have made them stand out in the industry.

ROCCO is happy to announce that Florin Neamtu, Senior Signalling & Security Product Manager at iBASIS will be presenting “From an Idea to a New Product or Company”.

Florin has over 20 years of experience working in the telecom industry. He always challenges today’s status. From identified problems and needs, he makes the strategy and tactics to solve them. Florin builds and motivates teams to execute the projects and achieve solutions to deliver relevant and trackable results.

He is an experienced and high-impact person, having a proven track record in strategic partnership contract negotiation complemented with excellent program/project delivery.

He has been working at iBasis for 14 years, having different roles and introducing several mobile roaming services. Recently, he launched the iBASIS Security iQ360 solution.

With tenacity, positive attitude, self-motivation and humour he inspires colleagues by example supporting individual learning, mentoring and development to lift colleagues to higher competency levels.
