Technology is changing rapidly. The number of transactions we are able to perform from our phones is increasing every day. Considering that, in 2020, there are 3.5 billion smartphone users around the world nowadays, why not using our phones as a way to identify ourselves both in the online and physical world.

Mijo Soldin, Director of Operator Partnerships and Strategy in Infobip will introduce the Genesis audience to Mobile Identity, explaining its contribution to security as an authentication factor and reviewing some examples in which Mobile Identity has been applied successfully.

Joining Infobip, he’s bringing his extensive experience in one of the world’s leading telco vendors, Ericsson, where in his career spanning more than 20 years he’s risen through a number of technical as well as leadership roles. 

In Infobip, Mijo has continued to expand his mission as telecom evangelist and has become a crucial link between product development and global operator partnerships teams, driving operator engagement and delivering Infobip’s solutions to mobile operator partners. Mijo also holds a degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb.
